30/07/2004; Who said customer service was dead?

Being a HUGE fan of Mob Records, I ordered one of thier T-Shirts back in May. They had sold out, but they were apparently getting more in. Three months later, I had completely forgotten that I'd ordered one, so you can imagine my surprise when I recieved a large, padded letter this morning not only apologising for the delay, but with a shitload of free 12"'s and CD's, easily worth £40 - over TWICE the cost of the T-shirt I originally ordered. AND they returned my cheque! Needless to say, they now have a fan for life...
